It is feared the schooner PHOENIX, Capt. John Stanton, is lost with all hands, as she left Toronto on the 13th, ult, and has not been heard of since. She was bound down the lake, and is owned in Oswego. The hands, six besides the captain, also belong to this county. -- Pictou Times, Nov. 28.
