The tug UNCLE BEN, left this morning for Detroit. She brought down one of Palmer's Steam Marine Pumps, with which an unsuccessful attempt was made yesterday to raise the hull of the schooner ANDOVER, which lies at the C. T. R. R. dock. The pump performed admirably, but the injuries were so great that the attempt was abandoned for the present. -- Toledo Blade.
