MARINE DISASTERS. -- A dispatch was received from M. L. Wilcox, of this city, yesterday, stating that the schooner A. BOODY, Capt. Cramer, had gone ashore at Point aux Grais, Saginaw Bay. No particulars.
      We also learn that the schooner MINNEHAHA was dismasted on Lake Ontario during the severe storm a few days ago.
