The latest of a series of mishaps to the fire-tug JAMES BATTLE at Cleveland happened yesterday morning when she crashed into the city dock at the foot of Woodward avenue, ripping through several 12 x 12 inch oak timbers and doing damage to the extent of $160. There was no one on the dock and no injury to persons resulted.
