STEAMER STAFFORD RELEASED.
      Tonawanda, April 19. - The steamer STAFFORD, which went aground off the head of Tonawanda Island, was released yesterday. The vessel was none the worse for its experience. With the barge McWILLIAMS in tow the STAFFORD departed at once on its first trip up the lakes for lumber for the R. T. Jones Lumber Company.
