Chicago, Aug. 24. --The steambarge LOTHAIR was water-logged in Georgian Bay Saturday, and after desperate conflict with the northeaster, the crew succeeded in attracting help and the steamer was towed into Collins harbor. A relief expedition was sent to her from Windsor today.
