The steambarge V. SWAIN, owned by C.J. Johnson, burned Tuesday morning at Cleveland. The boat is worth $41,000, and the loss will amount to $20,000.

Cleveland, May 22 - J.C. Gilchrist and others have purchased the stm. V. SWAIN which was burned here some time ago, and will rebuild her immediately.
