The steam barhe HENRY HOWARD, which passed down last week with a tow of barges for Cleveland, on reaching below Point au Pelee broke her shaft, which disabled her until aid came to her from Cleveland when she was towed into that port with barges all right. Her damages and repairs will not vary far from $1,000.
