The scow BALTIC is ashore north of Holland in Lake Michigan and will prove a total loss. The schooner PIMLICO, after weathering the gales on the Atlantic, is reported lost on Lake Michigan during the late gale.

The schooner PAMLICO, on her way from Queenstown, Ireland, to Chicago, was on Lake Michigan during the storm and has not been heard from. It is surmised that she has also been lost.

Those saved from the MENDOTA now total nine. The schooner PAMLICO is safe in Chicago.
