The schooner CHRISTIE, ashore at Manistee, has been released and will be towed to Milwaukee for repairs.

Reports from Manistee state that the scow CHRISTIE which ran ashore there is badly wrecked. Her starboard bow is all stove in, and the stanchions, rail and bulwarks on the port side carried away. She has been stripped of all her gearing, and the sails will be released at once.
