GENERAL NEWS. -- The barge MARINER, of Bay City, is high and dry on the foot of the Bois Blanc Island. She will probably have to be jacked up before she can be released.

The barge MARINER was libeled at Amherstburg Monday by Captain Laframoise, of the steamer CITY OF DRESDEN, for a wrecking bill of $150. The latter price for pulling the former off Bois Blanc island.
