STEAMER OREGON BURNED.
St. Louis, 22d. - The steamer OREGON was burned at Chicago on Saturday morning. She was scuttled and sunk to the guards. No property on board was saved. It is supposed it was the work of incendiaries. She was owned by D. G. Chapman, and valued at $50,000, and insured for $10,000 in the Aetna, Howard, Columbus and North Western Companies.
