SCHOONER HOWARD. -- The schooner KATE E. HOWARD, which was beached at St. Joseph, is not as yet a total wreck. She was owned and sailed by Captain John Waring. No insurance.

At Hollond on Monday, the schooner KATE E. HOWARD, a vessel beached last fall, was launched after undergoing thorough reoairs.
