Watertown, July 14. -- The steamer LORA on her first trip from Charlotte to Ogdensburg, ran on a shoal near Rock Island light in the St. Lawrence between Clayton and Alexandria Bay this morning. Her passengers have been taken to Thousand Island park in skiffs.
