The steambarge SWALLOW is ashore and full of water at Michael's Bay, Manitoulin Island. Assistance will probably be sent from Port Huron. She registers 200 tons and is valued at $10,000.

      Port Huron, Oct. 13. -- The steambarge SWALLOW arrived here today with a steam pump on board. She has been ashore in Michael's Bay.
