      ANOTHER STEAMER PARTLY BURNED.
Chicago, Dec. 18. -- The steamer RUBE RICHARDS, in winter quarters here, caught on fire yesterday in her forward hold, and was damaged to the extent of $7,000 before the flames were put out. It is thought that this fire and that on board the steam barge HORACE B. TUTTLE were of incendiary origin.
