Chicago, July 21. -- The steamer JOSEPHINE ran into the old schooner WINSLOW in the south branch this morning and badly damaged her. Owing to the bad condition of the WINSLOW repairs will be very heavy.

      Manitowoc, August 3. -- The schooner WINSLOW has put into drydock today to have three new keelsons put in and to be recaulked.
