Description
Full Text

The schr. CITY OF OGDENSBURGH, while on her passage down through Lake Huron on Sunday evening last, and while in the vicinity of Pt. au Barque, came in collision with a three-masted vessel, supposed to be the W.F. ALLEN, which was bound up. The CITY OF OGDENSBURGH had her jibboom, bowsprit and headgear carried away, besides some slight injuries to her bow. She was enabled to reach this port, where she is undergoing repairs. Nothing is known as to the damages done to the unknown vessel, yet it is presumed they were slight.
