Port Huron, Aug. 17. -- The steamer GEORGE F. WILLIAMS bound down ran aground on a shoal a half mile west of Corsica Stake this morning at 3 o'clock in the fog. The tug SWAIN made an unsuccessful attempt to release her and her cargo is now being thrown overboard.
