Sault Ste. Marie, Aug. 23. -- Steamers running the Soo River at night are not meeting with much success. Last night the steam barge MISSOULA, bound up, ran aground at the turn of Black Stake, foot of Sugar Island. The CITY OF DULUTH, bound up, is also aground 400 feet up in Hay Lake Channel, foot of Sugar Island. Tugs have gone to them.
