Duluth, Aug. 29. -- The owners of the steamer D. W. RUST have filed a libel in the United States Court here to recover $1,276 from the Lake Superior Elevator Company for damage and delay caused by the trestle between the elevators falling on the steamer RUST during the storm May 19.
