A private dispatch to Galvin, Mallon & Boland state that the steamer CHINA is aground near the TUSCARORA.
      Also
Amherstburg, Oct. 29. -- The Lehigh liner, TUSCARORA, stranded just abreast of this place last night. She is lying crosswise in the channel and is reported to be filling with water. Several boats are stranded at Bar Point. The water is down four feet below the average stage.
