Port Huron, June 19. -- The tug McCLELLAN ran the schooner D. E. BAILEY aground on the middleground abreast this city. She is out eight inches. The tugs CRUSADER and McCLELLAN are working at her.
      The H. A. KENT was released this morning at 4 o'clock, requiring the assistance of the tug CRUSADER.
