Canal Boat Wrecked. The Canal boat Bay State was case loose from a vessel in the harbor to-day, and floated against the inside of the East Pier, where she broke in pieces and immediately sank. The hands on board got an unexpected dose of hydropathy , and the cook narrowly escaped with life. The boat had no cargo.
