Kingston, Sept. 20. -- The canal boat STETSON, recently purchased by Capt. T. H. Folger, of the steamer KINGSTON, foundered in lake Huron last Saturday in a heavy sea. No lives were lost. The canaler was being brought here for use as a lighter.
