Andrew Cummings' schooner DREADNAUGHT has been sunk by collision with the tug CHENEY off Pt, Au Gres, Saginaw Bay and is a total loss. She was built in 1874.

NOTE:- Of the two lake vessels bearing the name of DREADNAUGHT, only the above was built in 1874, the other in 1867, The 1874 DREADNAUGHT is not listed in the 1889 M.V.U.S.
