THE LAST MEETING OF THE ONTARIO STEAMBOAT COMPANY. - The Directors of the Ontario Steamboat Company met in Syracuse yesterday and disposed of the last property belonging to the Company, being the grounds and dry dock at Charlotte, to Messrs. Hillyer & Baldwin, lumber merchants. The price paid was $20,000. The dry dock will undoubtedly be kept in order, as it is the only dock on the lake which can take in the larger steamers.
