A dispatch from Buffalo says that the tug ANNA P. DORR foundered off Dunkirk on Monday in over 100 feet of water. A snow storm was prevailing at the time and the crew were with difficulty taken aboard the tug JAMES ADAMS. The DORR was valued at $7,000, and is a total loss.
