The Weather - Old hoary headed winter has not yet asserted his supremacy, and not withstanding the advance of the season, the weather continues beautiful. The Welland Canal still unfettered by frost, and numerous vessels in transit, shows that the commercial public are eagerly availing themselves of this mode of communication, ere their further progress is assailed of by the icy hand of the frost-king.
