The wreck of the schooner GLENIFFER, sunk by the steamer ADMIRAL, Capt. John Ivors, ten days ago with loss of life, is still in the middle of the channel abreast the Star Island House, the two spars and the boom are above water.

The wreck of the Canadian schooner GLENIFFER about 220 feet southwest of the Star Island dock was destroyed by explosives on JUly 10.
