STEAMER BURNED. -- The steamer WATERTOWN was burnt on Thursday morning last, at Cape Vincent. She is a total loss excepting her engines and boilers. The fire took place about 3 o'clock A. M. from a candle that the cook had left burning in the kitchen, and made such headway that it was impossible to save her. So we learn from captain L. Weber.
