Steam screw FERDINAND SCHESINGER. U. S. No. 120841. Of 2,607 tons gross. Built 1891. On May 26, 1919, vessel foundered 15 miles southeast of Passage Island, Lake Superior. With 22 persons on board, no lives were lost.
