TUG 'JIM PULLAR' BURNED.
      Port Arthur, Ont. October 16. -- The tug JIM PULLAR, owned by J. Fineault, was burned about 30 miles from here, along the south shore where she was taking on a cargo od wood. The loss will be $10,000
