Sandusky, July 12. -- The scow INSURANCE, loaded with stone, capsized in a terrific squall, which prevailed here today, and was blown against the stone cribbing and pounded to pieces. She is a total wreck; owned by Wells & Bros., of this city. The crew was saved.
