First Arrival from Chicago.

The Propeller Oswego, after being detained twelve days by the ice in the straits of Mackinaw, arrived here from Chicago, on the 7th inst., with a full cargo, consisting, in part, of 7,000 bushels of wheat, to Messrs. Doolittle & Mollison. She reports a number of vessels bound up, passing the straits at the time she came through.
