The Steamboat Combination is now completed and the terms of passage, &c. made known. The Combination have the control of the Propellers, and will arrange the rates for passage and freight. The cabin fare on Steamboats from Buffalo to Cleveland is $5; to Detroit $7; and to Chicago, $14. The Steerage fare to Detroit is $3; to Chicago $7.
