Steamboat Combination -- Judicial Intimation.-- The Milan Tribune says that, in a suit tried in Erie county, Ohio, at the recent term of the Supreme Court, upon a draft given for a balance due by a debtor boat, on a settlement of the affairs of 1835, Judge Wood intimated pretty strongly, that the combination was against public policy, and that a court of justice would not enforce any of its contracts. The case was decided upon another point, but, the Tribune says, Judge W. is not apt to indulge in idle or ill digested remarks while on the bench.
