Steamboat Combination.-- The Detroit Advertiser of 18th inst. says there are various rumors afloat respecting the combination. One is that if the London does not come into the combination, some first-rate boats are to run in competition with her. Another is that there are to be two Detroit lines, one touching at the intermediate ports, and the other running straight through, and that the Empire, Illinois, buffalo, &c., are to be placed in the latter.
