Another Wreck at Oswego

Special Dispatch to The Herald

Oswego, Nov. 27.--The schooner Daniel G. Fort, bound from Ogdensburgh to Oswego, light, was driven ashore in the fierce gale here early this morning. Her stern struck the bow of the Baltic, wrecked Sunday morning. The Fort carried seven men, who were rescued by the life saving crew. She was rated A2, was valued at $6,000 and was insured. She was owned by Oswego parties and will prove a total loss.
