RAISING THE SCHOONER JAMES NAVAGH. - This vessel went ashore last fall about fifteen miles above Presque Isle. An effort will be made in a short time to raise her. It is understood that she has not been materially damaged. She is owned in Oswego, and is valued at about $10,000.
