Description
Full Text

Port of Manitowoc. The Great Lakes dredge is busily engaged in removing the south harbor pier. The north pier has been entirely removed and the Greiling dredge is giving it the uniform depth of the harbor. The pile driving work on the short arm of the south breakwater is progressing at a very satisfactory rate, and if the good weather keeps up it will not be long before it is completed.
