Description

Port of Manitowoc. The two pile driving crews are kept busy most of the time, and it just about keeps the Mohawk and the big Great Lakes gasoline boat waiting on them. The Great Lakes people probably have the best gasoline boat on fresh water. She is nearly as large as the Mohawk and she ran steady for 14 hours one day recently without stopping. She tows sheet piling and does a good deal of other small work.
