Gleaned in the Local Harbor. For the first time since last June the steamer Sailor Boy lay in port Sunday, having no excursion on hand. Boiler was cleaned. Freight traffic is picking up and it was deemed advisable to get her ready for the rush. The season generally has been on the whole quite satisfactory.
