Gleaned in the Local Harbor. Capt. Thos. Isabell had little or no trouble in removing the bulk of the burned steamer Cecelia Hill, ashore at Horseshoe Island, which was raised and brought here the end of last week. The wreck was deposited in the bone yard here, where it will in due time be stripped of the boiler, engine and other things of value.
