Gleaned in the Local Harbor. The steambarge Philetus Sawyer, Capt. Higgie, was docked at the shipyard Friday for repairs. In making up a raft of logs at an upper Michigan port she got mixed up with them and broke her wheel and rudder. She managed to reach this port without assistance where repairs were made and a new wheel put on and she got away Sunday. The raft of logs were taken to Menominee.
