Gathered in the Local Harbor. On Saturday the tug Edw. Watkins transferred the tug Duncan City from the ship at the island mill to the shipyard, where she will winter. The tug will be docked before the opening of navigation and given an overhauling, calking, etc., to prepare her for business, as it is the intention to place her in commission next spring.
