Around the Chain of Lakes. Capt. David M. Cochrane, superintendent of the Goodrich Transit Co., fell into the hold of the steamer Georgia at Manitowoc on Wednesday afternoon of last week and had three ribs fractured. The boat is to dry dock at that point and the accident was caused by the staging slipping while Capt. Cochrane was passing over it. He was taken to Chicago.
