Gathered in the Local Harbor. Rieboldt, Wolter & Co. will light their shipyard with electricity the ensuing winter, poles having been set and wires stretched therefor (sic). The company has lots of work to do and they desire to get in as many hours during the day as possible, and as darkness falls about 4 o'clock it is necessary to stretch the days out with artificial light.
