Gathered in the Local Harbor. The government lighthouse tender Sumac did not arrive here with the lightships until shortly after noon Tuesday, having been lying at Charlevoix, Mich., since the 6th inst. Waiting for weather. The Sumac lay in port over night. Work will be commenced on the lightships as soon as the more urgent demands of the yard have been disposed of.
