Gathered in the Local Harbor. Owing to an accident to Diver Thos. Isabell operations on the sunken steamer C. B. Packard were at a standstill the past week, it having been impossible to get anyone to take his place. Capt. Isabell was hurt while at work on the deck of the steamer, the pump tipping over and hitting him on the back, the blow affecting his left kidney so badly that he was obliged to go ashore for treatment. Capt. Isabell reports that there is only one more hatch to cover to complete the work under water.
